Moontime Magic

It is time to remember the wisdom of our cycles. It is time to reconnect to the voice of our wombs. It is time for our return to conscious creation - activated by deepening the relationship to our inner world.

On January 8, a workshop series begins that will support this return to remembering. Each workshop offers a glimpse of our natural cycle through a different lens. You may choose to attend as many workshops in the series as you feel called. This is an invitation to get in touch with the magical process of honoring your inner seasons. Now is the time to know and live our natural cycles - it will quite literally change the world.

In this series, we will:

Learn the physiological, emotional & spiritual phases of the menstrual cycle
Explore ways to eat foods that nourish the body in each phase
Identify personal practices & self care to support the cycle, especially during phase shifts
