While focused on mothers, this group is open to all caregivers in the postpartum phase of parenthood. Connect with yourself, your little one, and other caregivers in a supportive space. This workshop welcomes all caregivers and their children ages 0-2 (including parents-to-be). This workshop will be a taster for the upcoming 8-week session!
